Mission
Our mission is to unite IIM alumni across New Zealand — from Ahmedabad to Bangalore, from Auckland to Christchurch — into a trusted, active community that empowers through connection, guidance, and collaboration. We exist to help new arrivals settle with confidence, support mid-career professionals in advancing their goals, and create space for mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and cultural exchange. Our activities include monthly networking meetups, immigration and visa Q&A sessions, resume and interview workshops, industry-specific webinars, social events like Diwali dinners and weekend hikes, and a curated resource hub with guides on NZ work rights, tax, housing, and more — all designed to make your journey here smoother, smarter, and more connected.
